When you log in, the website is supposed to match up your Identity Provider Login (IDP) with an existing profile that we have in our database. Sometimes this goes awry. 

If you login and your profile is blank, this means the website created a new record for you instead. If this happens to you, submit a ticket here and we will get the two accounts merged for you. In the meantime, do not update the profile data for the blank record.
