The first time they log in to FellowsCentral, ALL fellows will need to activate their AAAS “login identity” to link it with FellowsCentral. They need their AAAS member number or username handy and should follow these steps (NOTE: If triaging login issues, always look up their AAAS username and give it to them to verify they are entering the right info):

  1. Click Login. Click the orange Login button at the top right corner of the homepage. From there you will be sent to a AAAS login page.
  2. Click "Don't have one?" to lookup your account. Enter your AAAS Member Number or Username and fill in the captcha. *Note, we will send fellows their member number and username, if we have it, in the announcement email that will go out after launch. See 4.2 on how to find their username in Salesforce. 
  3. Confirm your email address.  You will receive an email with a link to verify your identity. Click the link to continue setting up your account.
  4. Set your password.
  5. Return to FellowsCentral and Login with your new credentials.

Make sure they followed all of those steps. If after confirming that they completed all of the steps, they are still unable to login, please forward your conversation to the ticketing portal to escalate.
