Step 1: From the STP Freshdesk landing page, click on New Support Ticket.
Fill in all required fields.
Step 2: Enter your name in the Name field.
Step 3: Enter your email address in the Requester field.
Step 4: Click on the "Regarding" section drop-down menu and select "Finance, Security and Travel". Once selected a subcategory field will appear.
Step 5: Select one of the options from the "Subcategory" drop-down menu: Travel Approval, Travel Advance, Travel Reimbursement, PTO Approval, Time Cards, Concur, ADP, etc.
Step 6: Enter a detailed description of the issue. The attachment field is optional. (Always add screen shots when possible!)
Step 7: Check the CAPTCHA and submit.
You will be redirected to the STPF Freshdesk home page.
