Greetings and welcome to employment at AAAS Fellowship Programs, Inc. (AFPI). Prior to our session on August 31st, we want to share some information and provide some details about benefits and the employment on-boarding process.

TriNet will provide general HR, benefits, and payroll services to AFPI employees and in the coming weeks, you will receive communication and requests  for information from them. You will receive log in information by September 1st. When you receive a request, please respond promptly to  ensure a smooth onboarding process.

The information pertaining to your benefits as a fellow employed by AFPI is located on the TriNet site.

Through TriNet you will have access to an internet-based system. Within the TriNet system you can view check stubs, change your address, view W2’s, change your direct deposit, request time off and update your tax withholdings.

For TriNet to process your first paycheck you will need to complete federal and state tax, I-9, and direct deposit forms online. In the upcoming days you will receive an e-mail from TriNet containing a link. Please click on the link in the e-mail and you will be directed to TriNet’s secure system. You will be asked to confirm your identity and you’ll need to create a password/PIN to complete the tax, I-9, and direct deposit forms online. Please be prepared to fill out tax forms including the federal W-4 and State Withholding Form as well as your direct deposit banking information.
