- Signing-up for an account allows users to:
- Submit a ticket and assign to the staff members that you need to make contact with (aka Finance or Systems for technical support).
- Track the status of a ticket and see the conversation tread between requester and STPF in a clean, orderly format.
- Can also reply directly underneath the tread.
- After signing-up or logging in, click New Support Ticket to submit request to STPF
- Use "Regarding" to identify staff team to contact.
