What may I expect for my lodging and what expenses are covered by AAAS?
All finalists will have their own non-smoking room with one king-sized bed. Your room and room tax will be paid by on the AAAS master account. For finalists staying at the hotel, full American and hot breakfast is provided daily. There is complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. You will be required to provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidental expenses (rooms services, parking, etc.).
How do I register for a hotel room?
Do not contact the hotel. Reservations will only be made for you if you complete the registration form.
How do a make a special request?
Any ADA requirements should be made through the portal so that we are able to make the request to the hotel. Requests that incur costs outside of room and room tax (i.e., crib, roll away bed), may be requested through the on-line hotel registration form. Upon check-in, please ensure the hotel has noted the request. Costs associated with ancillary items such as a roll away bed or crib, will be part of your incidental charges and will not be charged to the AAAS master account and are not reimbursable.
What do I do to cancel my room reservation?
