All finalists will have their own non-smoking room with one king sized bed.  Your room and room tax will be paid by on the AAAS master account.  For finalists staying at the hotel, breakfast (Monday-Friday) is provided in the hotel’s restaurant daily.  There is complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms.  You will be required to provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidental expenses (rooms services, parking, etc.).
