All finalists will have their own non-smoking room with one king-sized bed. Your room and room tax will be paid by on the AAAS master account. For finalists staying at the hotel, full American and hot breakfast is provided daily. There is complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. You will be required to provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidental expenses (rooms services, parking, etc.).
Costs associated with ancillary items such as a roll away bed or crib, will be part of your incidental charges and will not be charged to the AAAS master account and are not reimbursable.
