An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential service for advice, support, and solutions for real-life issues including mental health support, caregiving services, work-life balance, financial counseling, legal services, and more. The EAP is available to AFPI employees and family members. This service includes consultations with experienced professionals, as well as resources and discounts designed to help you in a variety of ways. Employees do not have to be enrolled in any AFPI benefits to use the EAP.
